Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is the revenue agency for the Government of Canada. They are responsible for collecting taxes, making and enforcing tax laws, and deliver tax credits and benefits.

They are responsible for anything tax related, so if you have any issues regarding your taxes or income you can contact them. 

The main things they are responsible for are:

• Income tax
• GST/HST
• Payroll
• Business number registration
• Savings and pension plans
• Child and family benefits
• Excise taxes, duties, and levies
• Charities and giving 
• Payments to the CRA

There are two buildings the CRA has in Winnipeg:

• A main building at 66 Stapon Rd
• A smaller building service centre at 325 Broadway Ave.
