Once they have supplied the hearing device to you, your hearing aid dealer will complete and submit a Seniors Hearing Aid Claim Form to the Manitoba Government on your behalf.

  • For hearing aid purchases to be eligible under this program, the purchase must occur after an applicant is deemed eligible for the program, and claims made for transactions prior to June 7th, 2023 cannot be accepted retroactively.
