Records and resolutions of the meeting of the Manitoba Korean Seniors' Centre, February 11, 2023.

1. Article 3 and Article 5 of the rules changed was passed.

2. Members agreed to maintain the Board of Directors with the existing five directors: Ms. Minju Gye, Ms. Naomi Kim, Ms. Sarah Bae, Ms. Yeonsook Baek, and Ms. Youngja Hwang. 

3. Ms. Sarah Bae and Ms. Kyungeui Kim were agreed to be elected as auditors. 
 

4. Mr. Haeseok Yoon has been elected as a president of the Manitoba Korean Seniors' Centre. Term is for 1 year.

5. Other agenda items passed:
1) Appoint and retain Mr. Victor Olsen as the lawyer for the organization for a $30,000 fund recovery.

2) We request the Winnipeg Police Service to investigate the return of stolen items from the Seniors' Centre. 
 

2023년 2월 11일 매니토바 한인노인회 회의 기록 및 의결사항

1. 회칙 변경 3조 5조 통과 

2. 기존 5명의 이사들과 이사회를 유지시키기로 찬성: 계민주님, 김나오미님, 배사라님, 백연숙님, 황영자님 (가나다순) 

3. 감사는 배사라님과 김경의님으로 결정되었습니다.

4. 윤해석님께서 매니토바 한인노인회 회장으로 선출되셨습니다. 기간은 1년. 

5. 통과된 기타안건:
1) $30,000 자금회수를 위해 빅터 올슨을 변호사로 선임한다. 
2) 도난당한 노인회의 물품반환을 위해 위니펙 경찰에 수사를 의뢰한다.
